Amazing hotel and amazing staff. I stayed at the comfort hotel for 3 weeks on a business trip. The facilities are everything I required for my stay, they even offer self service laundry which was pleasing due to my long stay. Rooms are a great size, beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spotless on arrival. The food and service at the hotel is exceptional, amazing breakfasts and good bar food offered. The staff are amazing and display a high level of customer service. The likes of Alba, Sebastian, Micheala and Alex really provided great company and comfort during my stay. It became a home away from home with their company. I can't say enough good things about them or the hotel, it was a fantastic. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to the city on business. It provides a great location and everything above.

Excellent location and superb service from all staff. Very good workplaces on the ground floor but with noisy music, so if anything needs concentration, then work in your room. Rooms are smallish with lack of storage space; quite literally need to live out of your suitcase. There is a communal fridge downstairs in the breakfast room. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. The coffee is plain bad; there is an Espresso House in the train station at 100 m walk.

Comfort Hotel Västerås is located centralt, albeit on the wrong side of the railway compared to the old city center, but it's a mere few minutes walk. It's a modern hotel with all amenities you have come to expect nowadays.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds and amazing bathroom with a good view of the city. TV had slight issues with the chrome cast. The gym also has everything you need and is well maintained. Perfect for exploring Västerås!
